NUMBER, ORDER, POSITION

This is my latest work and is a result of the refinement of my process and my forms’ distinction. I have tried to reduce the number of elements in my work to be more efficient in making but without losing what I find important and distinct with its expression. My interest is in understanding forms in nature — rather than mimicking natural forms, I apply what I have learned about growth in nature. It is about the number, order and position of individual elements to make a whole but it also takes into account efficiencies in energy and space.
